General terms and conditions of sale

Dispatch and delivery

Orders can be collected or dispatched. Dispatch is standard with bpost. Products in stock ordered before 4pm are normally dispatched the same working day. Other carriers may be used depending on country, shipment weight and volume at our discretion. Do you have special wishes, feel free to contact us.

Return policy
Products can be returned within 30 days of the dispatch of the product.

Products eligible for return should always be returned to the following address:
Scleral-Aid (BOS bv)

8520 Kuurne

Products eligible for return must meet at least the following conditions:
  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by the original delivery documents
  • In unopened / undamaged packaging

A packaging that has been opened, can't be returned for health security reasons.

Be sure that your return shipment is properly packed to avoid damage during transport.

If you wish to return a product, feel free to call our customer service department via the contact page to check if your products are eligible for return.

Warranty
The Scleral-Aid comes with a 2 year warranty (except batteries).
